Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping within India
 

  1. The product is shipped to you in 10-17 working days from the date of order placement, depending upon the delivery location.

  2. It takes 5-10 days to get your order ready as we are made-to-order label and 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch for the goods to reach the destination.

  3. Custom orders are subjected to take more time.

 

Shipping international

 

  1. For international orders please write to us at shopalekhyak@gmail.com or direct message us on our Instagram account @shop_alekhyak as the shipping charges will vary as per the international location.

  2. The product is shipped to you in 14 -17 working days from the date of order placement, depending upon the delivery location.

  3.  Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  4. A shipping charge of $12 is applied to one single product.

  5. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.

  6. The label or the founder does not take responsibility and is not liable if the package is held at customs or any other point in the destination country.

 

Customisation

  2. Kindly note that you will not be entitled to cancel/return/refund/exchange on your order once the payment is done for any customised item unless the clothing product is damaged in delivery.

Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

 

The label and founder reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The label will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable period.

 

Return Policy

 

  1. The label does not and shall not entertain a return of any product unless there is size issue. 

  2. Please write to us at shopalekhyak@gmail.com or directly message us on our Instagram account @shop_alekhyak for any return and refund related queries.  

  3. The return is accepted only within 2 days from the time of delivery to your location and hold the right to not accept the products in the case that the product is received in a damaged condition or beyond the given time frame.

  4. For custom made orders we don't accept returns and refund.

  5. In the case that the product is defective/damaged, please inform the label within 2 days to arrange return and refund. 

  6. The cost of shipping the product back, if any shall be borne by the label. The product must be shipped to us. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders.   7. The products should be in an unworn condition with all the tags and labels intact. The brand holds all rights to not accept the products in case they are damaged by the customer.

  8. Refunds are processed only after the label receives the shipment. 

  9. For international orders the label does not accept any exchange, returns and refunds.
